The Ocean County Coin Club sponsors numerous activities, in
addition
to the annual coin show in September and a mini-show in
celebration of
National Coin Week (April). OCCC has an annual banquet in October
for
its members, and organizes trips to areas of interest, including
the
Philadelphia Mint and the Lakehurst Naval Base (where the OCCC was
founded).
In recent years, OCCC has conducted organized coin searches
within
